Our newly married buyers had been splitting their time between Hong Kong and LA and were ready to buy their first place together. They wanted a sanctuary that was equal parts NY loft and writer’s retreat, while also being walkable to everything and with outside space for their adorable pups. The second they walked in they fell in love with this townhouse-style condo in the heart of Old Town in Pasadena. Neither the highest offer nor best terms, the sellers loved the letter the buyers wrote to them - they reminded the sellers of themselves when they first bought the place and the condo was theirs!
